Teaching & Expertise
I teach digital marketing and brand strategy in business schools. I also support brands in building their collections, from sourcing to production. Fifteen years spent building D2C brands from the ground up sit behind both.
I teach digital marketing, brand strategy, and e-commerce fundamentals across three business schools, from BTS to Bachelor level, with class sizes ranging from small groups to full amphitheaters.
Bachelor and Master's level, 2023 to 2026, 3 to 6 classes, 4 to 50 students.
Omnichannel marketing, CRM, brand semiotics, digital strategy, UX/UI design, web analytics, no code.
Bachelor Communication, 2023 to 2026, 3 to 6 classes, 4 to 50 students.

Webmarketing, marketing fundamentals, supplier management, case studies, strategic watch.
I support brands in building their collections, from first sample to retail shelf, through to finished product delivery. I have accompanied more than ten brands in finished garment production, sourcing fabric in Turkey and coordinating confection in Tunisia, at volumes between 1,000 and 10,000 units per order.
Fabric research, supplier selection, quality briefs.
I identify the right fabric and negotiate directly with suppliers, drawing on a sourcing network spanning Turkey, Tunisia, Portugal, and other countries depending on the fabric needed. Every fabric choice is validated with samples before it enters a collection, and every supplier relationship is one I manage myself.
Sampling rounds, cost negotiation, production readiness.
I write the technical brief for every style before production starts: fabric reference, construction specs, dimensions, label details, and quantities. Sampling rounds refine the fit until it's right, and costing is negotiated to hold the margin across order volumes that typically run from 1,000 to 10,000 units.
Production planning, quality control, logistics setup.
I coordinate directly with the factory on production planning across two collections a year, averaging 2,000 units per cycle. Quality control happens at the factory, ahead of shipping, and I manage the logistics so the collection ships on schedule.

Let's Work
Together
I'm open to occasional collaborations in teaching or sourcing/production consulting, alongside a full-time role. Tell me where you are: a course brief, a sourcing question, a production bottleneck. I read every message myself and reply directly.
